So I've been dealing with an issue with my Intel AX200 for over 2 years now. Everytime I connect a Bluetooth device, it works fine for 5 minutes or so (unless I cover the device with my hands which causes it to stop working but not disconnect), then it starts lagging really bad and after 10-15 minutes it starts disconnecting. I've tried swapping the antennas and a different WiFi card, but that didn't help. All drivers over the last 2 years have this issue. This happens on all Bluetooth devices, different controllers, different headphones, etc. But on my laptop it's fine, so 100% an issue on my pc. In also turned off power saving stuff in device manager. The only thing I can think of is my motherboard causing interference with the antenna through the wire. I feel like it's definitely causing some kind of interference, because I got some coil whine in the VRM's and I hear that through my front 3.5mm jack (not through the rear). I was wondering if this is what might cause this issue, and if so, is there any way to fix this? Added a picture if it helps. The two thin wires on the bottom are for the antennas. Also please ignore my horrible cable management

Do you understand how an antenna functions?... placing it on top of your setup, concealing it within the metal casing will cause it to be blocked by the enclosure, while electrical interference from the PSU mainboard and other unshielded cables stretching along the EPS cable...

I have don't have the antenna inside my system lol. There's a wire inside my pc that goes from the wifi card to the IO of my motherboard, and on the other side (outside) you screw on the antenna. I was thinking maybe the interference from the motherboard and PSU was somehow going through the wire, because it's very thin. Now I moved the wire a bit so it passes less components and added some electrical tape where it does. Also the plug for the antenna was slightly loose so I fixed that too. Seems like the Bluetooth works better now, but need more testing to be sure.

Seems the primary issue was a faulty connector.

I agree. I've tested it for a long time without any issues, which means it worked well.
