The Bluetooth adapter is no longer functioning.
About a week ago I purchased this Bluetooth dongle and it functioned properly. (I wasn't able to link my PS4 controller to it, that's another matter.) At first it worked and my PC displayed the Bluetooth options. But then it stopped responding. I've checked every port, updated drivers, but somehow it seems disconnected. In Device Manager it doesn't appear, and when I enable hidden devices, both "Generic Bluetooth Radio" and Microsoft Bluetooth Enumerator are grayed out. It says the device isn't connected (Code 45). I'm not sure what to do next. Is the dongle no longer working? Also, when it was operational it would illuminate, now it just doesn't respond at all. It looks like the dongle is probably dead.
