This occurs occasionally when YouTube plays in the background and your computer is idle. Upon returning and closing Chrome, dark dots appear on your screen. Could be related to background processes or file activity. 2023-03-15_15-49-50.mp4

Your GPU seems to be struggling. It was purchased just two weeks ago.

Which graphics card is being discussed? Was it purchased brand new or previously owned? After acquiring the latest GPU, did you reinstall the previous driver version and start over with the new one? Please share your complete computer specifications.

I purchased the 6800 XT new. My old GPU was a vega64, and I wasn’t sure if I needed to reinstall drivers. On the first day I simply restarted my PC with the new GPU and old drivers still installed. It functioned perfectly. To be safe, I reinstalled them again just in case. The CPU is a 5600X, there’s 32GB RAM, and I have a 750W power supply.

Use AMD's driver install tool to carry out a fresh installation if needed.
