I installed the Windows Assistant on my PC and wanted to see how it worked. I noticed a message suggesting I update my BIOS, which I did. Then I encountered a black screen, making it impossible to use the keyboard or mouse. There were three long beeps followed by two short ones, indicating a RAM issue on the HP motherboard. I replaced two sticks of RAM with the original ones. Now there are no beeps, but the screen remains black and USB ports aren’t working. Restarting CMOS didn’t help. Please assist me—I’m really upset because my Elden Ring run is affected! (using HP Pavillon gaming PC)
