During my trips, my MSI laptop kept failing to turn on. I took it to a repair shop and they fixed one problem, but then it started acting up again with blue screens and slow starts. When I turned it on, the screen stayed black for a while before showing the MSI logo. When I turned it off, the fan and lights stayed on even though the screen went dark. I guessed that a BIOS problem caused this and learned my laptop was running the wrong version of BIOS meant for another model (GS73VR). After trying to install the right version, I got an error saying the image format wasn't right. What do I do now?

It turned out that something wasn't working. I got a brand-new laptop, but I still have to use my old computer.
