I was attempting to start my computer multiple times and each time a system crash occurred, indicating a missing or corrupted bfadi.sys driver. After several attempts, the issue resolved itself. Once I entered BIOS, the error appeared again after restarting, but it disappeared after another reboot. I’m uncertain if the problem is fully fixed or if it might return later. While the PC still functions, I want to know what steps I can take right now to prevent this from happening again.
Consider switching to another operating system like Pop_OS, Ubuntu, or Manjaro. Unplug your current Windows drive, insert a (temporary) HDD/SSD for testing, and install it while keeping your Windows 10 setup secure. If needed, upgrade your Windows 10 version to check for available drivers or fixes.
