The 6650 seems like a copycat with underwhelming quality... a costly choice... would a 6600xt be better? Yes, that's what I think. Or maybe a 1080/ti if it fits the budget?

Also, I'm a car enthusiast, so turbo models will definitely look great because they resemble turbos found in vehicles, and the radiator from the CPU will look similar to those used in cars too! That would be amazing, but I'm thinking about my PSU now. However, I believe a custom-colored X on an Aorus Extreme would look better.

It's accurate... but note it appears to be just one fan or blower unit, so you'll need strong case cooling. It shouldn't be an issue!
