It's still too much. Don't let it waste your money. The system needs 3 to 6 GB of RAM, so with a 32 GB connection you'll always be well above 25 GB for gaming and editing.

The Ryzen 9 3900X performs well for editing and is nearly the same as the i9 9900K in gaming. The Ryzen 9 3950X matches the i9 9900K in gaming and significantly outperforms it in editing due to its double cores and threads.

It's okay then. If you locate it, opt for a 2x16GB kit. That allows you to upgrade the memory further and run at a lower IMC voltage, also known as VCCIO or VCCSA.

You might receive 64GB of RAM and a 9.9 GHz processor because it’s designed for high performance, handling demanding tasks smoothly and efficiently.

You don’t require 64GB of RAM solely for effects or video editing; 32GB should suffice, though 64GB isn’t too excessive these days. Current prices make RAM affordable. A 12 or 16-core Ryzen processor is likely a more practical choice, offering similar gaming performance unless you’re aiming for high frame rates. How much are you planning to spend overall? Which country are you located in? Do you already have a monitor resolution or refresh rate?

32GB should be enough. A 9900k would be ideal for those tasks. The third-gen Ryzen will arrive a bit later.

What is your budget?
Which country are you in?
What is the intended use of the PC?
Which components are required?
Do you need all parts, or are there existing storage spaces available?

64GB of RAM is excellent, particularly for software like AfterEffect that can consume a lot of memory, even more so with 128GB. Avoid suggesting "32 GB is sufficient" because it doesn't reflect the user's actual needs. If someone has funds, they could allocate extra 32GB for an additional RAM drive if they need to handle large video files efficiently. Alternatively, use it for downloading, unpacking, or other tasks. I already have 32GB of RAM but might consider adding another 32GB and expanding my RAM drive from 10 to 30GB. Not everyone relies solely on gaming; some seek more memory regardless of cost, just for improved performance. If the user can make the most of it—64GB is ideal—and they're comfortable with an i9-9900K or prefer Intel, that's a solid option.

Then Ryzen will be fine and either be cheaper or give you some extra CPU cores You really don't need that kind of PSU 32GBs will be plenty, if not you can always add another kit later. If you aren't doing watercooling in the 011 Dynamic, I'd just get an H500 for all of the airflow.
