It seems there could be an actual issue, possibly with a USB device or Wi-Fi problem, but the platform doesn’t support leaving negative reviews for buyers. (Ebay doesn’t allow that.)

We'll discuss this later when he sends me videos. But if I end up retaking the board, it’ll be really tough—I’d need to bring it to a local tech shop. If that doesn’t work, I’ll have to reach out to the store again, sending it back to the person I bought it from. Yikes, just thinking about it is exhausting.

Based on what was mentioned before, it seems similar issues occur here too. What might lead to these problems is likely the same pattern continuing once the system starts up.
