I updated my PC by adding two more RAM sticks. When I turned it on, the HDD began spinning and the fans started as usual. However, the DRAM LED illuminated and remained on, preventing the system from loading into BIOS. The display also failed to receive any signal.

System details: CPU - Ryzen 3 2200G, Stock cooler, Motherboard - MSI B450M Gaming Plus, Max RAM - G.Skill RipjawsV 8GB DDR4-2800MHz (F4-2800C15D-8GVRB), GPU - None.

Attempts made: I tried booting with all four RAM sticks installed. The BIOS didn’t load and the DRAM LED stayed on. When I used only two old RAM sticks, everything worked fine. With the two new ones, the PC started normally. Please help me.

Assume the CMOS might not match, mixing sticks can lead to issues and isn't always reliable
