I recently installed new RAM for my Ryzen 2400G with an MSI B450 tomahawk. To activate the upgrade, I updated the BIOS using the M-flash utility. Around 95% done, the system shut down and won’t power back on. I attempted the BIOS flashback method but it didn’t help. The video isn't functioning properly. Please reinstall the RAM modules and verify that all connections are secure.

This evening before you sleep, power down the PC. Disconnect the PSU switch from the wall and leave it unplugged overnight. In the meantime, consider swapping out the small watch battery for a new, reliable one.

Consider swapping out non-3D PCIe cards to test compatibility. Older BIOS versions may not work with newer ones.

He mentioned the computer stopped working before the BIOS finished flashing, right? Is it completely dead now? You could attempt to remove the CMOS battery, connect the pins and reset it just for fun—probably won’t help much, though it might be worth a try. If you manage to get it running again, consider trying this method, but the safest option is returning it in-store or using an RMA. Sorry for the disappointment, it looks like the board is likely damaged.
