I just re-flashed my BIOS because the old version was outdated. Before doing that, I couldn't perform an OC and thought I still couldn't do it after updating the BIOS. I updated to version E7A34AMS.1K0 from MSI's Click BIOS 5, but it didn’t work. I then tried other versions, which also failed. Could you help? Here are screenshots of my screen during the CPU OC attempts:

Any advice would be really appreciated. My specs are:
CPU: AMD R7 1700X
GPU: GTX 1060 6GB
PSU: EVGA 850W 80+ BQ Semi-Modular
RAM: 2x8 Anarchy 3200mhz DDR4 Kit
MOBO: MSI B350 Tomahawk

Adjust the setting by entering a number, such as 34 for the CPU, which sets the multiplier accordingly.

you adjust the setting by entering a number, for example 34 for the CPU, which sets the multiplier accordingly.
Edit: It seems you're in easy OC mode or something similar. OC Explore Mode is set to normal. Consider switching it to advanced.
It doesn't allow value input, and I enabled OC explore mode, but I think I'm already in advanced (it's prompting me to press F7 for EZ mode).
EDIT: I returned to the BIOS, and it automatically adjusted the clock to 3.6Ghz without any changes. Even though that's higher than the base speed, I still want to check its performance, since other R7 1700X users reported a stable 4.0Ghz clock.

I might have misquoted myself, okay? When I switch to expert mode, I still can't change my CPU Frequency.
