The audio jacks aren't functioning correctly.
I have bought a gigabyte G6 kf(2023). And I have realised that the headphone jack doesn't work properly. When I plug in my headphones in the microphone/headphone jack the audio gets passed through but the mic doesn't work. But when I connect the headphone with Bluetooth it works fine but the audio quality is really bad and there's a delay. I have tried installing the audio driver from gigabyte's website but the issue still persists First image is the sound devices when the headphone are connected via Bluetooth and the other is with the aux cord
They resemble modern phone headsets. The 2-in-1 cable isn’t compatible; phones require separate mic and headphone jacks. (It might fit with this adapter and specific cables.) No all-in-one Bluetooth solution was found on the device. Many users report issues like low quality, broken mics, or poor sound. Some headsets use their own dongles because of these problems. After connecting via Bluetooth, A2DP codec was used, but no microphone appeared. Switching to HFP made the mic show up, though sound quality was lower. You can adjust the codec in the Bluetooth list by selecting your headphones.
