Hey there! My incredible mom surprised me by giving me a ready-made computer from "Skytech" for Christmas. It costs $50 each month, and we couldn’t afford to fix it ourselves. The unit arrived with a faulty RAM module—no clear signs of damage, but something seemed off inside. It took them about a month to ship replacements, which turned out to be worn-out parts. This made me suspicious, thinking maybe the company makes low-quality prebuilt systems. Recently, I’ve been experiencing crashes in Windows linked to a specific file named "audiodg.exe." I’ve tried everything I know—reinstalling drivers, updating Windows, reaching out to support, and even testing with different programs like Discord, Fallout games, Minecraft, OBS, etc. But nothing worked. The crashes are random; sometimes the screen goes black, other times it just stops without warning. They’ll have you think it’s a blue screen or a warning, but it’s just loud static followed by a sudden restart. It happens without any sound or alert. As someone who streams and plays games nonstop, this is really concerning. I’m hoping for some guidance because I’m feeling really overwhelmed. If you can help, it would mean a lot to me right now!

You're experiencing a Blue Screen of Death linked to audiodg.exe. The issue seems to affect only certain applications, not the whole system, and you often restart after the crash. Your system runs an NVidia 2080 graphics card and uses OBS for streaming. It appears the problem might be tied to virtual audio drivers connected to your VR setup, though you're not using VR. Your audiodg.exe update was on February 9th—have you checked if yours matched? Since you're in Windows Insider, it could be a beta version.

It looks like you're experiencing issues with AUDIODG.EXE, but you haven't noticed any problems yet. There are no audio outputs or crashes reported, just occasional crashes in the Event Viewer (version 234). It might help to check for updates, scan for malware, or ensure your system has enough resources.

Two years ago, I resolved the problem by reaching out to more individuals and discovered I had a defective RAM stick. Replacing them with new ones fixed the crashes. It seems similar issues might be affecting others—maybe it’s a straightforward fix too. Let me know if this helps!

Completed a 20-pass MemTest86 without any issues, which suggests otherwise from the event viewer after your recent RAM upgrade.
