we are assembling an old used machine with specs like asus z87 pro mb i5 4690k, gtx 970 x2. we're trying to run windows on hdds, but every time we restart, it fails. even after a hard reset, the system won't boot properly and keeps asking to restart. i've used both gpu and without it, but it still doesn't work. i'm unsure if the issue is with the motherboard, the ram, or the hard drive—though the hdd seems to be recognized in bios. what could be causing this problem?
