The Asus Tuf Gaming X570 Pro WiFi board lacks the central mounting hole beneath the CPU socket. The metal star or circle remains, but the board still has a solid area where the hole should be. The case standoff is intact, suggesting the installation could proceed without this screw. Has anyone encountered this issue before?

I'm really surprised by this. I'd probably send a return request, but it might be okay since it looks like nothing is passing through and the gap isn't too high. It should work fine.

That's the central gap without any screw threads. This is typical in modern setups and helps the motherboard fit neatly into the case.

I gently attempted to move it using the screwdriver. I avoided applying too much pressure so the tool wouldn’t slide across the MB.
