I just bought a new PC, though some components are still from my old one. Everything seems to work fine, but when I run games, the power supply gets really loud even at high settings. I thought it was getting too hot, but it’s actually normal. The second thing is that it’s using up all my power supply capacity. It’s a 750W 80+ Bronze unit, and I see others using similar hardware with lower voltage supplies. One of my friends mentioned it might be the motherboard controlling the PSU fan. It’s really annoying, so please help me figure this out.

No boards have the ability to manage PSU fan settings. PSUs include their own internal fan control mechanisms, so the best approach is to clear any blockages in airflow or switch to another fan.
