While playing games, my motherboard keeps crashing. Updating the BIOS didn’t fix it. I turned off the DOCP profile too. Here’s what I have: Asus B550 F gaming motherboard, AMD Ryzen 5 3600 stock cooler, 16 GB DDR4 RAM, Samsung Evo SSD 500 GB, Cooler Master 4500 W PSU, and an MSI RTX 2060 graphics card.

You determine a motherboard issue by observing signs like system freezes, BSOD errors, or a black screen. A "crash" typically refers to sudden shutdowns, application failures, or unresponsive behavior, not just hardware malfunctions.

If it's a sudden power cut and restart, I think the power supply unit is the issue—it's only handling 450W. The most likely other problem is faulty or unreliable RAM, so turn off any overclocking or use just one RAM stick.
