Hey! I see the issue you're facing. After a power outage, your CMOS battery was drained, but replacing it with a new Duracell fixed the F1 message. Now the system won't boot at all—only BIOS_A lights up when you press power. The keyboard stays off until the UEFI screen shows up, and fast boot settings didn’t help. Power delivery works fine once it’s on. You mentioned checking BIOS_B, but I’m not sure how to access it. Have you tried restarting in safe mode or using a different USB drive?

Use a tiny flathead screwdriver to remove bios_a, exposing just bios_b. This forces the board to start from bios_b because bios_a is absent.

I used it and it functions properly, but no images appear, RGB display isn't working, and the GPU fan is running while cooling operates.

It seems the system won't boot from bios_b. The purpose of a backup BIOS is clear—especially when the main one isn't working. Just installing a ch341a and flashing it might resolve the issue. Switching to an x99 OCF BIOS with a ch341a could help, and you might unlock better settings and proper voltage ranges instead of limited options.

I changed the chip positions in both directions. Now the computer starts in about ten seconds. I’m confused about why there are two connected chips, but B didn’t start working, which helped me. Thanks for your assistance!
