I'm not sure about the approach you're taking, but you have three Deepcool XFan 120 units and one pre-installed fan from your Thermaltake H15 case. You purchased a new fan controller (Deepcool FH-04) that supports connecting four fans via a single 4-pin connector. You linked it to your motherboard's FAN CHA1 header. When using the A-Tuning software, you adjusted the fan curves for both M/B and CPU temperatures. You attempted to set speeds to zero percent when temperatures were below 50°C, but the fans continued spinning without changing speed. It seems the fan hub might not be functioning properly. You also tried adjusting fan speeds directly in BIOS, but the issue persisted. You wondered if certain fans are limited to higher RPMs or if low-speed operation is causing the problem. You're concerned whether you're missing something obvious and unsure if your setup is correct.

It's frustrating with this setup. The new board and Ryzen 5 work fine, but the chassis fans keep running at maximum speed regardless of settings. The cooler handles temperature changes well, though it slows down as expected. Both fan headers are always at full throttle, even with updated UEFI and A-Tuning. Testing different fans didn't help, and the noise becomes an issue at night. Have you discovered what's causing this problem?
