Hey everyone, I'm having an issue where my apps keep starting to download, but they get stuck in a gray ring instead of the usual blue area. Anyone have any ideas about what might be going on?

Apologies for the delay, but I recently managed to remove the SIM card and it functioned properly afterward. I’ve downloaded all the necessary files and everything is set.
