The APK could not be installed due to package conflicts with existing packages.
I've been using LG phones since the LG G2 came out. Since LG stopped producing devices, I switched to Samsung and bought an A52 5G. It's a solid phone—affordable, fast refresh rate, big battery, plus an SD card slot and headphone jack. My usual note-taking app is Quickmemo+, but it's only available on the Play Store because it's LG-exclusive. I figured I could install it as an APK. I found a helpful site that let me download it, but when I tried to install, the app refused due to a package conflict. It seemed like the issue appeared once the app was already installed or if another app shared the same name. I checked the app list and didn’t see any duplicates. Some advice suggested placing the APK on the home screen, disabling the lock, and installing it before the phone starts up—but that didn’t help since the installer kept crashing. I tried backing up the APK from my older model using an app and sending it to mine, but the error persisted. I resorted to a factory reset, hoping the problem would disappear. Now I’m running out of options and seeking guidance online.
