Apparently, this fan would only spin occasionally, but here it's running nonstop. Even with a 970 Evo Plus NVMe, I was told it wouldn't spin unless under heavy load. I've seen similar fans covered by the GPU on forums and YouTube, they just spin when Windows 10 starts. What's happening? Should I get a BIOS flash update? Also, the chipset fan is partially hidden by the GPU—similar to what I saw.
