Thanks for your quick reply. Initially, it looks like my audio drivers are current, but I’m using Windows 10. I plan to switch to Windows 11 just to check. I also tried connecting the headset via Engine mode, but it didn’t work, so I can’t try that workaround.

Using steelseries GG is fine even if it isn't installed yet—it won't cause issues.
