I understand a potential solution. With several active sound devices, the default one handles incoming changes. When adjusting system volume, it's routed to that specific device. You might need to configure Windows to use the Razer headset as the primary device for both general and communication purposes.

Yes, in your sound settings you can switch your headphones to act like speakers.

For instance, the Realtek audio console is what I typically use since it often comes bundled with unknown details about whether it's running on Windows 10 or an MSI board's audio chip. It's the one I've relied on for some time now.

To view both items, only activated devices will appear here. Refer also to the note about limitations of these basic Windows tools. You can fully uninstall using Revo Uninstaller, then restart the PC (turn it on and off) to check for updates. However, this won't resolve problems caused by other third-party software.
