Description of Original Problem: The issue only appears after the computer restarts during the boot process, preventing it from progressing to the Windows loading stage.
Motherboards display a stuck orange LED light, which is believed to be connected to the RAM issue.
Turning off the PC via the power button and then restarting resolves the problem. It hasn’t occurred after a cold boot but only after a Windows restart.
I reviewed the BIOS settings and found no entries that could cause booting difficulties. No overclocking has been applied to any component.
Recently, I updated the BIOS to the latest version and installed the Bluetooth drivers using Asus Crater software.
Any suggestions on what might be causing this issue?
After verifying that you'd flashed the BIOS successfully, did you clear the CMOS? Might want to see if your OS is pending any update. As for your platform, did you perform an upgrade on your platform, like a motherboard swap? If so, did you reinstall the OS?

You shoudl source the latest chipset drivers from AMD's support site, here;

so that's something you should do so manually, in an elevated command.
As for your GPU drivers, might want to use DDU to remove all GPU drivers, then manually reinstall with the latest GPU driver sourced from AMD's support site in an elevated command.
Thank you for your message. The correction was made to "Psu" as "Thermaltake Toughpower GF A3 850W." It is a few months old and I have already updated the latest chipset drivers from AMD. I only changed the BIOS and driver files so far. Additionally, this app seems to be new for me, possibly due to the Windows Tuesday patch updates.
