so i have an HD 7850 with a factory overclock of 975 on core and 1200 on memory. Since this is an old card and i have good colling on it i was able to overclock it to 1050 on core and 1450 on memory but every time i boot up my pc it wont use the overclock i did.

Use MSi Afterburner properly and remember to save your profile.

Once you save the profile, navigate to settings->Profiles and choose the 3D profile you use for your OC.

I discovered that removing raptr resolved the issue, and playing .tv fixed it too.
