I'm facing an issue with my AMD GPU. After downloading AMD Overdrive to try overclocking, I'm stuck in the Overclock mode but only see the Integrated GPU option. The GPU status also displays just one GPU (R6 Integ GPU) temperature. I can't enable my R7 GPU. What's happening?

He's correct – pushing a laptop beyond its limits can be risky. It may cause overheating and likely some permanent damage, at the very least it could lead to instability and frequent shutdowns.
If you need to overclock, consider building a desktop PC. It offers more room for airflow and allows you to add cooling solutions such as fans or water cooling systems.
Overdrive only displays the active GPU, which is the Intel model. AMD GPUs aren't active in this setup, so they're not visible.
Overdrive isn't suitable for laptops either.

They don't overclock them because they weren't designed for that and can't manage the additional heat.
