I purchased a new case and moved my components from the Alienware Aurora R7. I’m missing the place to connect the LEDs or power switch. Someone suggested I might be able to rewire the power button—anyone have advice? Here’s a photo of my motherboard.

Do you have a higher resolution image available? I believe there are some front panel connector pins along the bottom of the board.

Alienware systems rely on unique motherboards and enclosures, so regular cases won’t support the same ports. You might consider modifying the LED/power connectors from your Alienware case to match your new case’s wiring, though this approach is riskier. A safer option is purchasing a standard motherboard compatible with other brands instead.

This system includes a board that contains the power button. The connecting cable leads to the motherboard. This isn't a typical power button connector. The manual details this on pages 90 to 92, and you may locate relevant information there based on your queries.

If I were you, I’d opt for a regular non-Dell/Alienware motherboard. Which CPU would you have, so you can likely get a good one without spending much?

Here you are, this option functions well and costs less. But it lacks an RGB header. https://www.amazon.com/dp/B07HC779JH?tag...th=1&psc=1 This alternative offers $30 extra with features such as built-in RGB and a header, making it suitable for your setup or fans. https://www.amazon.com/dp/B07MWHPNNN?tag...th=1&psc=1

Sorry to repeat, but the board is meant for a micro ATX. Does it match your Corsair ICUE 220t?
