Hello, I own an Alienware M15 R6 that occasionally loses keyboard functionality or stops working. Sometimes it restarts when I delete it in Device Manager and reboot. The keyboard remains operational in BIOS during these incidents. In rare cases, reinstalling Windows from scratch is necessary, though the keyboard usually works after a fresh install. External keyboards tend to function as well. Removing the Alienware Command Center sometimes resolves the problem, but it doesn’t always happen. Should I consider replacing the motherboard or the keyboard?
