Experienced with this problem for some time now. I'm running out of ideas before trying to get a different version. My new alienware pro gaming mouse is working fine when connected to a power source, but only functions properly if it's plugged in. When not powered on, all buttons respond, yet the cursor moves only when holding a button. Even with the PC connected, I can't reach the 8000hz polling rate I used earlier; it's capped at 4000hz now. I've charged it for 8-10 hours without success and attempted various fixes—drivers, updates, reinstalls, re-pairing—but nothing resolves the issue.
