Hello! I understand you're dealing with a prebuilt unit from iBuyPower that used an air intake oscillator (AIO). The AIO appears to be integrated, and you're looking for a replacement air cooler. Since you don’t have the model number but only an S/N code, here’s what you can do:

- Check online forums or communities for similar units with S/N codes.
- Look for compatible air coolers that fit the physical dimensions of your old unit.
- Consider using a universal cooler if available, but verify compatibility carefully.

If you can share more details about the size or type of the back plate, I might be able to give more targeted advice. Let me know!

The back plate is secured using double-sided tape or adhesive. Use a plastic scraper to gently remove it. Afterward, take out the motherboard to replace the cooler.

Not originally assembled, the backplate was placed before the mainboard was installed in the case...

Both were happy, I didn't notice it came with tape. This actually simplifies my task – thanks!

Great job giving it a shot and staying confident. Adhesive is widely used on pre-built machines, but it’s not mandatory for your new cooler—just keep in mind you might need a bit more effort or time. Now you’re free to choose any cooler you like!

Meant to address this faster, sorry – the Noctua is now installed! I've assembled a few PCs before, but never encountered a factory-mounted backplate before, which made me a bit nervous. The installation proceeded easily, the plate came off with minimal effort. Likely my last time letting my workplace go with an AIO! Thanks again.
