I recently purchased Windows 10 and used the 64-bit media creation tool, but when I tried to open it, it displayed an error. The FAQ mentions that you should locate your product key in your account under Digital Content, though I haven’t been able to find it yet. Let me know if you need further assistance.

I tried but it didn’t function properly, so I saved the .iso file from the Microsoft site and created a bootable USB using Rufus.

Ensure your system has the 65-bit operating system. Consider using a 32-bit version instead.

What error? Please give a detailed description or screenshot. Also, if you used the free upgrade offer to get Windows 10, you will not have a product key and you can skip prompts askig for it.
