Could be due to the CPU moving too quickly and bumping into the RAM, which often happens when the RAM has a looser casing. This causes instability that’s usually fixed by increasing the space around components. Even though it might seem slower overall, the issue isn’t being resolved effectively. If processing feels noticeably slower, it’s likely not fully addressed. I have an older 1600MHz DDR3 system, but the lower-quality cas makes it feel slower than expected compared to faster models. Performance gains haven’t doubled as much as hoped.

Raising the core voltage might lessen the RAM's impact. It seems the quicker RAM is likely the main issue.
