The memory controller isn't compatible with 32GB at 3600MHz. It might work at 3200MHz. Keep XMP active but set DRAM speed to 3200MHz manually. Try a 32.0X multiplier if available, but check BIOS configuration. Perform some tests and let me know if it functions well for you.
