Hello, I just received my AW2725DF and haven’t been able to achieve 360 Hz on the display in Windows 11. I’ve tried using the AMD driver or the included DisplayPort cable, but nothing works. I’ve also checked other settings and forums like Reddit, but no solution has helped. All drivers are installed, firmware is up to date, and I’m still facing this issue. Any suggestions? Here are my specs: Asus Tuf Gaming Z690 D4 | I9 12900K | AMD RX 7900 XTX | Corsair 32GB DDR4 | Corsair RM1000e V2 1000W | Samsung 960 250 GB M.2 | Kingston KC3000 SSD PCIe 4.0 NVMe M.2 - 2TB | Phanteks Eclipse G360A | Arctic Liquid Freezer II 360

The maximum refresh rate you can find in the settings varies depending on your device and display specifications. It’s usually listed as the highest supported rate for optimal performance.

I believe you're using the original cable. It's still a good idea to try it with a different DP cable, especially if you're on a budget.

You're experiencing issues with both the included and your own display port cables, yet the problem persists.

I handled it before, it didn’t make any change. I actually used my own displayport cable.

I identified the problem—it doesn’t support 360 Hz with another display at 144 Hz. It seems more of a limitation than a GPU fault.

Hmm I don't know if it is a limitation, I have 5 monitors attached atm where 4 of them is attached to my GPU and one attached to my IGPU from my CPU.
