Hi, I plan to purchase a new system but my graphics card will be delivered later. I intend to buy an AMD R5 2600X, MSI B450-A PRO MAX, Corsair 16(2x8) Vengeance RGB PRO 3200MHz CL16 and XPG 256GB Spectrix S40G SSD. Since I already have a 350W PSU from my previous PC, will it be sufficient to power the system until my new card arrives? Also, until my graphics card is installed, I’ll continue using my old GT740.

Checking if 2600X + GT 740 works with 350W is fine, but I’d recommend switching your graphics card to a better one for that power supply.

I'm waiting for 1660 Super and when it arrives ı will get a 550W PSU.Only think ı want is using this system for school stuffs like Excel and playing WoW

The GT 740 lacks external power connectors, which caps its output to around 75W, though it may draw more from the slot. The CPU consumes up to 130W. Combined with roughly 100W for other parts, the entire system operates near 300W under heavy load.
