PC details: Msi MEG B550 GPU, AMD Ryzen 7 3700X processor, 16GB RAM (Corsair Vengeance DDR4 2x8GB), new Corsair CMK16GX4M2B3200C16 Vengeance LPX 16GB DDR4 3200, SSD Samsung 970 EVO 1TB PSU, RMA 650. A friend purchased these components and had issues from the start—random crashes without blue screen errors. After testing in other systems, the store confirmed all parts functioned but still reported problems. The memory was swapped because it wasn't listed for her system, yet the issue continued. Seek advice on further troubleshooting steps.

The only remaining component is the motherboard. Alternatively, it could be the SSD, though it wouldn’t trigger crashes consistently, so consider switching to a different motherboard if possible.

Consider a new Windows setup after reviewing everything @191x7 and @filpo suggested didn’t fix the problem.
