The 12400F and RX 6600 system occasionally reports a 'no signal' error while playing games. This issue recently appeared in the game "The Casting of Frank Stone™". I conducted several tests, including a 30-minute FurMark session and a 15-minute OCCT performance check, along with CPU and RAM diagnostics using Windows tools. No errors or shutdowns were found.

RAM:
XPG Gammix D30 2x8 RAM

Storage (SSD):
WD SN570 500GB

Graphics Card:
ASUS Dual AMD RX 6600

Motherboard:
ASUS Prime H610M-K D4

Processor:
Intel Core i5-12400F

Power Supply:
FSP Hydro K Pro 500W 80+ Bronze

During the FurMark test, I turned on 8X MSAA and observed the GPU temperature around 50°C, with about 98% usage. In the OCCT test, the CPU stayed below 83°C, never reaching 90°C.

Windows created a dumpstack.log and a Minidump file. It’s unclear if these files match. If you can review them and point out the problem, please let me know.

This 'no signal' issue also happened once or twice in "Red Dead Redemption 2", especially after adjusting game settings. It was fixed after updating the GPU driver, though it seems to have recurred again. I suspect a hardware cause, but tests with the 24.5.1 and 24.10.1 drivers showed no problems.

BIOS is current, drivers are up to date. Running Windows 11 24H2.

Welcome to the forums, newcomer!
PSU: FSP Hydro K Pro 500W 80+ Bronze
How long has the PSU been in use?
BIOS is current
What BIOS version was installed at the time of writing?
The issue was fixed after updating the GPU driver, though it seems to have occurred again later. Since it also happened in this game, I suspect a hardware problem.
Could you explain the driver update process using DDU?

Thank you! The PSU came with my computer, which I bought in 2023. I’m not sure if the PSU was released before or after that year, but it doesn’t look too old. At the time of the problem, my BIOS version was 3206, and now it’s 3403. I removed my GPU driver using DDU and then downloaded and installed the driver from AMD’s official site.
