The issue seems to stem from your CPU handling all cores at 4.9 GHz instead of boosting just one core to 5.2 GHz. Try adjusting the settings to enable single-core boosting or check if your driver supports it.

it's hard not to think about why the boost stays high even when it shouldn't. intel tends to overpromise, so you might already be ready to avoid that 5.2Ghz situation. my NAS uses a core i3 10100, which is meant to reach up to 4.3Ghz, but it rarely goes beyond 4.1Ghz before hitting its power limit.

If all cores are active, the boost won't reach 5.2. You'd need to test on one core, but unless cooling is exceptional, it likely won't maintain that level.

It's disappointing that Intel is significantly limiting the features of their I3 series, especially with such strict RAM limits and a fixed clock speed.
