Right now it doesn't make sense to upgrade to something like 14700k when you're running at 60fps. You already have 32GB RAM and a strong card like the RX 6700 XT.

i mean as long as it isnt going below 60fps (and that drop not being the gpu ls fault) then just keep using it, besides you can still overclock the 10700k and cometlake imc afaik is capable of around 4400mhz with vccsa/io at 1.45v so you can also oc the rams for an extra boost ontop of a cpu oc yes a 12600k will run circles around the 10700k then theres the 13600k running circles around the 12700k then theres the 7800x3d giving the 14900k a run for its money but thats only if you are cpu bottlenecked, maybe an x3d cpu would help in a game like factorio or whatever that can really leverage the cache but otherwise youll be fine with a 10700k depending on the game also you can oc the gpu since thats probably your limit, very simple process of just tweaking some sliders
