Hi, I'm checking if your CDP 1000va stabilizer fits your PC setup. The components you mentioned are RTX 3070 Vision, AMD Ryzen 7 5800x3D, and a 512GB Samsung M.2 SSD. If it doesn't fit, let me know what might happen when using it. Sorry for the unclear writing earlier.

What does a stabilizer do? Could you share the store or specifications page? That way we can clarify what the stabilizer is.

AVR does not maintain your PC during power outages. Only a UPS can handle that.
It stabilizes the incoming voltage, shielding your PC from brownouts (voltage drops) and surges (voltage spikes).
High-quality, line-interactive, pure sine wave UPS already includes AVR, and because it's a UPS, it also safeguards your PC against blackouts (power loss).
Therefore, a UPS is superior to using AVR alone.
By the way, what power rating does the AVR have? Yes, it's 1000VA, but its wattage is significantly lower.

It's not good to use an AVR below the minimum wattage, actually I do?

In the worst situation, your AVR could be damaged, which might then affect the PSU, ultimately leading to the destruction of your entire PC. The RTX 3070 has a 220W GPU, but with sudden power demands, the PSU needs around 850W, and the AVR should also be at least 850W, possibly higher when connected to tablets or smartphones. What causes these temporary power spikes? A video explanation is available here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=wnRyyCsuHFQ. Your PSU model and age are important—knowing whether it's new, used, or refurbished helps assess the risk.
