Ryzen 7 3700x, stock speeds and volts
Asrock x570 Taichi motherboard
Corsair Vengeance LPX 16gb (2x8gb - CMK16GX4M2B3200C16) RAM
Gigabyte Aorus Extreme 11gb 1080ti GPU
WD Blue 250gb SSD
Seagate Barracuda 2tb 7200rpm HDD
EVGA SuperNOVA G2 Gold 750watts PSU
Fractal Design Define R6 Case

Max CPU temps: 75°C
Max GPU temps: 69-75°C

Cinebench R20 runs fine, but games freeze 5-10 minutes in. Games experiencing crashes include Darksiders 3, Borderlands 2, Risk of Rain 2 (rarely), and Hitman. Breakpoint and Risk of Rain 2 don’t crash. Dota 2 has an occasional alt-tab issue.

The primary concern is RAM compatibility – Corsair Vengeance LPX 16gb (CMK16GX4M2B3200C16) isn't listed on the ASRock x570 Taichi QVL for Matisse, potentially causing instability and crashes.

The rewritten text uses different words while maintaining the original meaning:

This passage discusses RAM compatibility with the Ryzen 3700X processor. It's important to ensure your RAM meets the Qualified Vendor List (QVL) specifications, but even if it doesn’t, you can often achieve good performance by manually setting the speed to 3200MHz. The original poster mistakenly listed a RAM model with a 32100 MHz designation, which isn't supported and is likely incorrect. Switching to a 3200MHz model, like Vengeance LPX, resolves this issue. While many manufacturers don’t test all RAM modules, it's still best practice to test each stick individually and then run comprehensive Memtest86 tests for extended periods (over 2 hours) to identify any errors. Furthermore, checking for a BIOS update can improve compatibility with faster RAM speeds.

The text discusses optimizing RAM for an AMD Ryzen 3700X processor, primarily focusing on achieving high speeds. It advises against relying solely on the QVL (Qualified Vendor List) and suggests manually setting the RAM speed to 3200MHz for better performance, noting that Corsair has a vast range of models and not all are thoroughly tested. The text recommends testing each module individually and then running comprehensive Memtest86 tests for extended periods (over 2 hours) to identify any errors. Furthermore, it suggests checking for BIOS updates and considering the specific software requirements, such as using a recent version of Destiny 2.

Yeah sorry 3200mhz 16gb ram (just a miss type) . I am currently running the bios version 2.50 but i could give the newest beta one a go. I will also try the one ram stick and a memtest86 too then thanks.
