You're on Galaxy Tab 7.0 with Galaxy Tab 2.0. You might be able to run Windows or another modern mobile OS, but it depends on your device's hardware and software support. Check the official Galaxy website or app store for compatibility details.
You can't install Windows on it, but a more recent Android release might work. It's been quite some time since I checked, but I believe someone once ran Android 5 on the Tab 2. However, I'm not sure it would perform well; the Tab 2 is extremely slow by today's standards.
