My friend is playing Call of Duty on his computer with maximum graphics settings, but the floors, walls, characters, and weapons appear flat and blurry.

It seems the device was moved during recording, possibly causing heavy motion blur. Ask your friend to capture a screenshot of his settings, then take a still image without using a mobile phone.

Sure, they can capture screenshots rather than relying on a phone camera. They should also take photos of the game interface and gameplay to showcase the settings and visual aspects during play.
