i7 3770k cpu was tested using testmem5 with pcbdestroyer settings, covering at least four hours without errors. An additional five hours and thirty minutes of extreme1 overnight configuration was also run with testmem5, showing no issues. For a 32gb DDR3 memory at 2000mhz, would that duration be sufficient? My current RAM runs at 1600mhz 9 9 9 24 with RAS 240 and no useful XMP profile. The Patriot Viper III memory brand is being used. I overclocked my RAM to 2000mhz 11 12 12 28 with RAS 250, and some secondary timings were adjusted slightly but everything seems fine so far. No suspicious crashes or freezes or corruption have been observed. Should I continue testing or do I think I’m likely in the clear? The sfc /scannow scan found no integrity violations. My CPU is also overclocked to 4.6ghz from stock and appears stable. I also ran prime95 large fft for any memory instabilities, which came back clean for several hours of operation.

Another trial to attempt,
https://www.softwareok.com/?Download=Qui...OK_x64.zip
Functions on Windows during operation, indicating it's more than just hardware verification.
