It shut down on its own, with no power drop or issues—just the lights ceased flickering and everything powered down. The power supply is an EVGA GQ 850w 80 plus gold.

The power source begins to spin yet halts after a short time. I attached a video for reference: https://youtube.com/shorts/-FbMlCkSzFw?feature=share. After watching it, the PSU makes a clear click, even when the power supply is turned off, which might indicate it’s supposed to do so. It also produces a faint second click during the second attempt. My thought is that the motherboard BIOS may have been updated properly, but the PC ends up stuck in a boot loop because the CPU and RAM aren’t receiving power. Interestingly, the GPU and motherboard receive power while fans and RGB lights are active. (I’m completely confused and had Eco mode enabled.) The PSU file is: 69264478946__BFEEA704-397B-4711-9265-D6D2B1C6FFAB.MOV

Consider removing one RAM stick and inserting it elsewhere to check for a faulty stick or slot.
