Temperatures this high, right?

Running the H115i Elite Cappelix with a Corsaid 280x case and MSI Gaming edge Wi-Fi M-ATX, I've heard concerns about wide temperature differences across cores. That 20°C gap seems significant. Should I be concerned? Also, my AIDA test showed high temps for half an hour. The CPU is running at 5.2GHz at 1.3V.

I have limited knowledge about this topic, but since it involves a stress test for temperature rise, it’s quite high and close to the junction of Intel CPU’s design. That means there might be some concerns. (Don’t label this as an answer—seek others’ views too)

I know what you mean, I had a 4790k running at similar temperatures before, but I’m not sure how the new setup will affect temperatures.

I'm preparing for some testing with reduced power levels, aiming to see how it holds up. If it lasts 30-45 minutes on the AIDA64 stress test, I'm confident it can withstand more than expected.
