I'm checking YouTube and browsing Facebook, and my 360mm AIO cooled to 5800x hits between 55-60°C. I’m aware that’s quite warm! How can I bring the temperature down a bit without making it louder? I’ve connected the fans to the Comander Core with the H150i Eleite capelix cooler, setting the fan speed to balanced and the pump speed to quiet. That pump sounds a bit noisy—more of a gentle hum or whir that’s hard to ignore, similar to the noise from my NAS under the desk. I’m wondering if there’s a way to lower idle temps without hurting performance or sound. I’ve heard some info that the 5800x runs everything on just one core, which might be why it gets hot. Is there a BIOS setting or Ryzen Master option to adjust that? That would be helpful—I’m not sure if it’s possible. This is the top-tier PC I’ve ever owned! The BIOS is the latest from ASRock (P5.0) on a B450 Pro 4 motherboard.

I personally can't hear my EK 360 AIO even when it runs at full speed; I idle between 25-30°C and reach 82°C after a few CinebenchR23 tests while keeping 4.7Ghz. The only BIOS change I made was applying a -20 offset across all cores using the curve optimizer mentioned in the video I shared.
