You're asking about your Ryzen 7 5700G and Kraken X63 AIO. The BIOS temperature reading of 56.6°C to 57.0°C under XMP profile is typical for the 5000 series processors, especially when using high-end cooling solutions like the XM4 in a cross-pattern. It's normal for these temperatures to stay within safe limits during heavy workloads. Your H510 flow and NZXT motherboard setup should support this performance.

It's typical for you. What are the readings when the system is operating at full capacity?

Bios consumes more CPU than Windows when idle, so a slight increase in temperature is likely. Important factors include heavy core workloads. Testing with full cores under stress helps determine performance limits. A temperature of 95°C acts as the maximum threshold.
